By using KaiWithMe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must use the service lawfully, provide information you are authorized to provide, and be able to enter into this agreement in your location. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KaiWithMe provides planning suggestions and estimates. It is not a travel agency, booking platform, insurer, emergency service, or provider of legal, medical, immigration, safety, or financial advice.

Itineraries, prices, opening hours, availability, entry rules, health requirements, accessibility information, and local conditions can change or be incomplete. Verify important details with official authorities and providers before making decisions, paying, or travelling.

Some suggestions may be generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. Review every plan using your own judgment. Generation labels explain whether the optional AI service or built-in planner produced an itinerary; neither label guarantees accuracy or a confirmed reservation.

Travel DNA is a fun travel-preference profile intended to help you reflect on how you like to travel. It is not scientific DNA testing, a psychological or personality diagnosis, a medical assessment, or a guaranteed prediction of behaviour. Its results should not be used to make safety, health, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and KaiWithMe session and for activity under your account. Saved trips are personal planning records, not tickets, reservations, or proof of purchase. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Do not misuse KaiWithMe or help others do so. In particular, you must not:

• Break laws, infringe rights, or submit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or account boundaries.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access except where applicable law permits it.
• Use the service or its output to harm, impersonate, defraud, or mislead another person.

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. Features may be experimental, and third-party services may become unavailable. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaiWithMe is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaiWithMe and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses arising from reliance on suggestions, third-party services, travel disruption, bookings, or user conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as KaiWithMe evolves. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
